Cindy was excellent. I visited to check out some options on recliner chairs for our nursery and Cindy provided very relatable and knowledgeable advice. She gave me great options to bring back to my wife to discuss. We went back in the next day and made our choice and Cindy was able help us pick out the fabric and get us a great deal. Looking forward to receiving our chair and using it for years to come!
Excellent sales people with no pressure to buy. Delivery was on time with great timing updates.
Excellent staff good product
I was greeted by Sheila Aikman when I entered the store. She introduced herself, asked if I was looking for anything in particular. I wasn’t, I was just starting to look and she said no problem I’m available for any questions. She circled back after 15 minutes and was so helpful, knowledgeable, I felt no pressure at all… The result, I bought right then and there. I had a great experience.
We recently purchased a sofa bed from La-z-boy. Sheila Aikman expertly guided us through the process helping us compare the advantages of a variety of styles available to us. I was impressed by her knowledge about our options and her patience with us as we were making our decisions. Sheila exemplified customer service!
