We ordered a chair and when delivered we noticed one arm had an unusual pattern with the fabric appearing too lose. We waited a week before registering a complaint to see if the defect would fix itself over time. We then emailed customer service and were told that this is normal but they would out of courtesy replaced the arm but no guarantees would be made that the replacement would be any better. We bought a recliner and it broke within 18 months. Dealing with this company and their outsourced warranty repair company (they only have a 1 year warranty unless you buy the extended warranty -which we did) is a nightmare. I regret my purchase, should have bought a Canadian made product. I will never buy a lazy boy product again, their are much better products and companies whose products are made in Canada.
