I was greeted by Sheila Aikman when I entered the store. She introduced herself, asked if I was looking for anything in particular. I wasn’t, I was just starting to look and she said no problem I’m available for any questions. She circled back after 15 minutes and was so helpful, knowledgeable, I felt no pressure at all… The result, I bought right then and there. I had a great experience.
We recently purchased a sofa bed from La-z-boy. Sheila Aikman expertly guided us through the process helping us compare the advantages of a variety of styles available to us. I was impressed by her knowledge about our options and her patience with us as we were making our decisions. Sheila exemplified customer service!
Excellent customer service from Vince Carovillano, sales consultant. Vince offered many choices in reclining chairs for a person 5'3" with mobility issues. The chair also has a 7 year warranty, choice of chair materials and a programmable remote control with USB. FINLEY RECLINER (ordered in pewter). Thank you Vince.
London Lazboy made it so easy. After shopping ALL the other stores on the strip their product, showroom and sales team were noticeably higher quality. The furniture is a better build, however, comes with a price tag to match. It will cost you more but the warranty makes it a solid long term purchase. I dealt with Jarod Hubbard who was extremely accommodating and made our deal quick and straight forward. I have zero complaints. Highly recommend. Thank you.
Sheila and the staff at La-Z-Boy did a great job of finding a chair that met our families needs, including customizing the material and features to make sure that it was all we needed and more. She walked us through the whole process in a kind and professional manner, answered all our questions, and followed up to ensure we were satisfied with our purchase.
