PLEASE heed this warning! Do not buy lazyboy. The quality is way below par and their "lifetime guarantee" they boast about constantly before purchase is nothing but a free part that YOU have to pay to have installed. My furniture is brand new and already proving to be junk... a complete waste of money. I was sold on the name, admittedly, and so I didn't read the hundreds of posts about this truth, so I was totally fooled. This is so frustrating.
As long as they get your money they'll tell you whatever they can to make a sale. Our sales rep assured us that our furniture would be delivered in 6 weeks, but it could be as soon as 4. When he had us sign the paperwork, it said 10 to 12 weeks and he assured us that that was just in case of natural disasters and crazy things that might happen, but that isn't really ever the case, so don't worry at all, he said. This was a 5 star review. Now that it is time for delivery the $500 they charge you, gets you nothing. No help with delivery date or time. I used black friday sale plus the 15% off for paying in full. I still spent over $6,000 for the set we picked. The salesman (Austin) was real nice for the sale but afterwards. He turned rude to say the least. If you want this furniture, just know what you are getting into.
