I think it’s ridiculous that I have to pay $99 fee for delivery when I brought a pick up truck to bring home my purchase
Bob was great . He explained everything in great detail and then when I told him I wanted to think about it, he was fine. Two days later I came back to close unfortunately he had the day off so one of his colleagues took over and help me place the order and get the delivery. The entire stuff at La-Z-Boy in Springfield were outstanding and great thank you one and all.
Came to lazboy due to a life event. Employees were very attentive to my needs and questions. Also Andrea was great in dealing with and was willing to give me the best price with price matching…. I am a customer for life!
