I’ve bought all my tv room furniture (2 sofas and a recliner) and 2 of my living room chairs from La-Z-Boy, as well as 2 sofa beds in my previous home. All the sales personnel I’ve dealt with were knowledgeable, helpful and patient. The delivery personnel were efficient.Will choose them again.

I won't buy another lazy boy again. We have purchased furniture from this store in the past. I bought an electric recliner spring 2025. I sat in two recliners in the store. One was a rocker and one wasn't. The salesman said otherwise they were the same chair. In both chairs my feet touched the floor. This was the most important thing to me in a new chair. They delivered it in July. My feet hung down, nowhere close to touching the floor! They said you have to sit in the chair over time so it moulds to your body. Eventually th... read more
