I knew we wanted a Lazy Boy lift chair because of the good reputation Lazy Boy has always had. I walked into the Snellville Ga store and was greeted by Tyler who asked if he could help me. He did exactly that. He showed me the lift chairs and answered every question I had. He was friendly, professional, and wanted to answer my questions. I did buy a lift chair from Tyler and would recommend this store, their products and Tyler to take care of them.
Jeanie was so helpful and patient with us. Her knowledge made the process easy and seamless!
I enjoyed working with Tyler. He knew the products and was able to guide me to a chair that I eventually purchased. He followed up with me about two weeks later, was not pushy and gave me some information that helped me decide to make the purchase.
Had a wonderful experience. Found MY chair fairly quickly. Two fantastic people worked with me to get it just right. The wait is almost over....
