DO NOT buy a recliner from Lazy Boy. I purchased a recliner in June 2025. Less than 3 months later the chair broke. More than six months and 5 service calls later the chair is still not usable. Each service call we are told they didn’t send the parts or tools required and another service call is required. I have escalated my concerns and been promised a call back three times and never received a followup call. Service appointments are always 4-6 weeks out.
