Horrible customer service I came to look at furniture and the lady came up to me and told me it’s not a hangout spot but we were testing the products what horrible service.
I came to look at chairs with my friends due to the fact that I am buying a chair for my room. They came up to us and assumed we were gonna mess around because we are teens and directed us to leave .
Horrible customer service, not nice personnel, and smells weird.
I was looking around the store and was told that the place was not a “hangout spot” and was indirectly forced to leave, but 2 stars because the chairs were nice.
Delivery for my elderly father’s chair went off without a hitch. My husband was so happy with the demeanor of the delivery personnel. Caring and competent. Loved the service.
