We had a wonderful experience with Nancy at La-Z-Boy. Even though we didn’t make a purchase this time, we will definitely be back. The product was comfortable. But they don't tell you that it takes forever for you to receive your order, and there is no option of cancelling the order. After 5 weeks wait, they are still not able to provide you a date when it is ready. Disappointing with the communication after the purchase, with a curt tone. Ready for the wait when you make a purchase.
STAY AWAY! $6000 Down the Drain – La-Z-Boy Sectional Is Absolute Garbage!!!!!! We spent $6000 on a La-Z-Boy sectional thinking we were investing in quality and comfort. What a MISTAKE. In less than 18 months, and with very minimal use, the springs are already shot, and the cushions have completely flattened and sagged.
