My Mum and I went to the Myaree to store get a new recliner chair for her. Aly was just brilliant. So friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. We had a great time. It was like visiting a friend. One who had a selection of excellent quality and comfortable chairs to select from. Thanks Aly!
I put a down payment on two recliners on 23 Oct 2025. I was told they'd arrive in January. Today, January 23, I have been advised the recliners will not arrive until March. Four months? Seriously? Does La-Z-Boy have to trudge out to the forest, fell a tree, mill the timber, send it by slow boat to China and then wait for it to be sent back by an even slower boat? Such poor service. I am furious.
Purchased 2 Rycliners from Myaree was service by Ali, who was so knowledgeable & helpful, new her job so well and with excellent customer service and after care. Thanks so much, Ali .
Aly was super knowledgeable and patient, she helped us go round in circles, slowly getting closer. Really appreciated the help.
Excellent customer service from Ally and Sonam they both helped me out when a particular chair wasn't to my fit, they happily swapped it with another one which was perfect fit and refunded the difference as it was a cheaper chair looked after the customer a pleasurable experience. They both called back when they said they would and went above and beyond excellent.
