I was really looking forward to my La-z-boy chairs, but the experience with the Myaree store has been a bit disappointing. The order took about three months to arrive, and when a few issues come up after delivery, I emailed the store to make a formal complaint. Unfortunately, I haven't heard back. I expected better communication and follow up from a brand with such a good reputation.
I had such a great experience at La-Z-Boy Furniture Gallery in Myaree. Aly was absolutely fantastic. Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about helping customers find the right fit. She went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information I needed and that I felt confident in my choices. The store itself was spotless, beautifully presented, and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Thank you Aly for your outstanding service, it really stood out!
Conveniently located a great store for recliners. Good after sales support with parta for my recliner.
After several times visiting the store we finally place an order on a single recliner. We acknowledge the quality of La-Z-Boy products but was never convinced to make the final order. Decision was finally made after we received friendly and helpful service by Sonam. She patiently waited for us trying several items and explained all their features. Our new chair arrived today. It is exactly as ordered and looks and feels wonderful - such a pleasure to sit in something so comfortable with support and motorised controls. Allie is excellent in helping find the right chair to fit the person (no matter their size or shape). Thank You Allie your help, advice and friendly manner were greatly appreciated.
