After several times visiting the store we finally place an order on a single recliner. We acknowledge the quality of La-Z-Boy products but was never convinced to make the final order. Decision was finally made after we received friendly and helpful service by Sonam. She patiently waited for us trying several items and explained all their features. Our new chair arrived today. It is exactly as ordered and looks and feels wonderful - such a pleasure to sit in something so comfortable with support and motorised controls. Allie is excellent in helping find the right chair to fit the person (no matter their size or shape). Thank You Allie your help, advice and friendly manner were greatly appreciated. We were there today and ready to buy a sofa, but once we entered the store, the staff’s face turning from a smiling face(talking to other customers)to a poker face. What’s even worse? After I said hi, the staff turned around and walked away without saying anything. Have to consider about other brands now.
There was a large range of merchandise and the assistant knew the stock well. She was able to show me chairs suitable for my size. Overall a good experience.
