Our new chair arrived today. It is exactly as ordered and looks and feels wonderful - such a pleasure to sit in something so comfortable with support and motorised controls. We were there today and ready to buy a sofa, but once we entered the store, the staff’s face turning from a smiling face(talking to other customers)to a poker face. What’s even worse? After I said hi, the staff turned around and walked away without saying anything. Have to consider about other brands now.
There was a large range of merchandise and the assistant knew the stock well. She was able to show me chairs suitable for my size. Overall a good experience.
