We have had Lazyboy furniture for the past 20 years or so and we love them. We just ordered new furniture for our family room even though our set we have now is over 15 years and still in good shape. We wanted to update colors so that will go to our son. We worked with Jonathan and Sherelle in Oak Brook and Bri helped us with design and colors. They were all outstanding and very helpful. Would definitely recommend them.
The communication of the sales team was poor and they sold us a loveseat that did not meet our expectations.
Great service as always. I have purchased many recliners over the decades. Everything is outstanding.
