We had a wonderful experience at La-Z-Boy this past Sunday. We went in looking for a recliner to help with my bad back. We were approached immediately by a lovely gentleman named John M. John asked what we were looking for and we briefly told him what we were looking for. A mid sized recliner with good support. Went to the recent store closing sale and found a really nice recliner on sale. All the staff were pleasant great to deal with. Once we paid it was arranged to pick up the next day at a different location. Went to pick up and they had put the wrong color code on the receipt so turned out it was not in stock at all and would be a minimum wait of 8 weeks +. So we were pretty disappointed. It wasn’t the other locations fault and a minor error but the experience just did not turn out well.
