We came in to shop for a recliner. We were helped by Everton, who listened to our wants and needs and did an excellent job of walking us through the purchase. He was absolutely honest with pricing and got us a great product at a good price. I’d absolutely recommend the same to friends and family.
If I could just rate Tom (Tam?), our salesperson, he would get 6 out of 5! Excellent knowledge and followup, very congenial. Now let's get to the service. Our ship date was June 27th. The first night, I noticed that one section of the sofa was broken. I phoned the next day. I was told I had to wait until July 17th. My hubby stayed home and was told they couldn't make it until july 24th! I bought a $3000 sofa from them which itself has been quite comfy and high quality for the time I've had it. However, when I set up a delivery, the guy I spoke to from the warehouse scheduled it for the wrong day and I couldn't get it re-delivered for another 10 days due to my schedule. I phoned the service department regarding this to see if I could get the delivery fee waived only to get re-directed about 3 times all saying they had to "check with someone" regarding this.
