The staff were very welcoming at the showroom. The service was amazing They came to our home for an FREE in home design and helped us pick the right sofa and love seat. They even helped us adjust our the reclining mechanism for the perfect fit when it was delivered. Highly recommended.
We have been thrilled with our service at Courtney's Lazy Boy Furniture thus far. The staff know their products and they do not push to upsell. They helped us zero in on what would work for us and we're eagerly awaiting the delivery of our custum MADE IN CANADA pieces.
The loveseat recliner I bought fit very differently than the floor model - what’s the point of a showroom if you can’t buy what fits? Also, after using for only 2.5 years it is falling apart. Very disappointing on all fronts.
