I purchased a recliner. Several weeks later, I realized I was having problems with my neck due to the design of the recliner. I contacted the store manager and he said he would send someone out to inspect the recliner. Recliner was found to be in very good condition and I was given a full credit towards a new recliner. I really appreciate the service I was given and feel they went above and beyond to satisfy me.
Purchased the Pinnacle Rocker Recliner. I am having issues with my neck because of the design of the recliner. The top / head portion is too plush and sticks out much farther than the back portion.
Thee best store. Had my solid pine bedroom suite delivered this morning. Fabulous price, great staff! Anthony and Jeremy did a perfect mindful delivery! Lori at the front desk and Ivan in sales. I am SO over the moon happy!!!! Worth more than 5 stars!!!
