I found Michelle to be extremely knowledgeable about the options for recliners for my 90 yo partially paralyzed mother. She showed us all the best options and we quickly found the perfect chair. My mom is very, very happy. Michelle was great, went out of her way to ensure we found what we needed and were happy with our choice.
