We have bought from La-Z-Boy for decades without complaint, but our last purchase, a Platinum Pinnacle lift-chair was just “one of those chairs” and had a multitude of problems (~10 service calls in 2 years). We stopped by the store on February 12th just looking for a possible accent chair. We met Natalie who patiently looked for 2 chairs after understanding our needs. Absolutely pleased with the selections and ended up ordering 2 new chairs. Great price, quality and outstanding service from Natalie. Would highly recommend the store if looking for furniture.
