Extremely poor experience, product not in stock, sales associate not overly helpful and in the end we got a recliner that was not as we wanted colour wise but also didn't have to wait an unreasonable amount of time for it to be built. Chair we ended up with was already being built but still took 23 days to get. We were very specific in looking for an electric reclining and lift chair for my elderly mother in law (90+years). Elly S at the Langley store knew exacting what we wanted and the chair she suggested was perfect. (Mother in law is very petite). The whole experience was efficient and the customer service was amazing.
