Nous avons acheté un fauteuil qui est arrivé défectueux (ressorts de brisés). Plus d’un mois plus tard, on ne nous répond pas et n’avons aucune idée de quand (et si) il sera réparé. Essayer de les contacter est quasi impossible. Mieux vaut acheter ailleurs avec un meilleur service après-ventes.
