Great experience, no pressure, with very knowledgeable and helpful salesperson
Mahzad was incredibly kind and helpful, patient, and attentive to my wants and needs. She continued to be available to me to answer questions regarding delivery. I was also impressed with the delivery drivers: they brought my couch in quickly and smoothly, without bumping into anything despite my apartment having very tight corners, and they were friendly and personable. The couch itself is beautiful, comfy, and soft - just what I wanted! Very happy with LaZBoy :)
James was great to work with, very helpful and knowledgeable.
Bought a chair here years ago, and got the fabric protection warrantee. 2 weeks ago I got a call from an employee from the Richmond location saying since I never made a claim, I now had $75 in-store credit. On my day off, went to this north vancouver location to use the credit, where they then told me to get the credit my purchase must be minimum $300 (which the Richmond employee never disclosed to me on the phone) I wasn't happy about wasting my day to be tricked by this sales tactic, so I left my name and number for a mana... read more
Do NOT buy anything from this store! They promise you the moon and stars and do not follow through. I bought an Alexandria couch from them and they said you can get it cleaned anytime not a problem! Well... it is a problem! Save yourself the headaches and buy from a reputable company! It's not a well built couch either! Mine is only 5 years old and it looks about 20 years old. Don't make my mistake and trust them!
