We did a lot of on-line research for a recliner love seat before deciding to go to La Z Boy. I gave Arman the list of wishes and he immediately set up a tour of all the options in the store. This helped greatly to narrow the field so my wife, who has limited stamina, could check them efficiently. Arman was exceptionally kind and helpful, so we were able to make quick decisions.
