Beautiful couch and exceptional service!!!!!
Our Sales Associate, Caroline, provided excellent service all throughout our buying experience. She was patient and very professional. The store in Richmond is also excellent. They have a huge selection of furniture to choose from, and the shopping experience was pleasant and easy. Our sofa arrived earlier than expected and the delivery process and set-up was professional, quick and easy.

Zeenat from La-Z-boy was helpful and friendly. She came with the designer Alan and provided an in home design consultation and followed up with a presentation. It was really helpful to see a visual of our space to make an informed decision on what would fit and look best.
