Paola was incredible, very patient and knowledgeable. Gave us good advice about our purchase and was very thorough with our hundreds of questions. Haven't received the chair yet but very excited. 2+ years into this chair. Still love it to bits. Spent hours and hours rocking my sleeping baby in my arms and no comfort complaints. A few squeaks here and there but largely very quiet. Tonnes of spills and it cleans up very nicely. Very glad I got a lazboy chair, expensive but very worth the money.

We purchased a 9 piece custom-designed dining room table and chairs at the La-Z-Boy in Richmond. We received excellent, courteous and professional service from 2 staff members and design consultants, Jay Thien and Niki Fidler. They helped us in every step of the process; from initial consultation, to style and fabric selection, to their in-house assessment at our home, to the ordering and delivery process. And the 10% discount was much appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend La-Z-Boy for all your home furnishing needs.
