Sales person (Valentine) was patient and did not make me feel rushed or pressured. They listened to my needs and helped me select the right sofa and in a fabric that worked with my color scheme & swatches of my other furniture. Delivery was quick and professional. It was a tight squeeze but it fit without taking the door off or any damage. The pet friendly fabric has been great with my heavy shedding dog. I liked that I was able to order a fabric swatch thru the website to take with me when making future purchases.
We had a very positive experience choosing a leather glider recliner for our nursery. Zeenat was attentive to our needs regarding colour and size preferences, and went over all the features of the chair thoroughly. Delivery was also smooth and quick.
Zeenat was super helpful and got us a great deal on our new sectional. She came to our home to ensure that it fit perfectly in our living room and created a 3D rendering of our space. I would definitely come back for the great customer service.
