Hi Jay Thien! I absolutely adore my new La-Z-Boy chair. I love all the functions/features. My back no longer hurts. The creamy coloured leather looks amazing against my indigo coloured wall in the living room. BUT MOST OF ALL, thank you for the warm, excellent customer service you gave that Saturday. I went this store while back, Looking for sofa for new place. A staff came over and asked me when we were moving into the new place, told her about a lil over 6 months. She just walked away. Guess she only wanted help customers who are moving in soon😂 We bought a sofa from somewhere else
