The couch we ordered last year and received in June 2024. Was sent back for mechanism not working correctly (loud and jerky), and one end had bent. It was ok when received back, but the one side is bent again. The sitting areas on each end are not holding up, and the fabric twists out of place on the arms, and I have to pull it back in place all the time.
Don’t waste your money. We purchased a reclining couch that cost us $5900 18 months ago. Within 5 months the stuffing had all collapsed in it. It was like sitting on a board. After many back and forth emails and phone calls they did take it and put new stuffing in it. It came back great. Unfortunately the off gassing smell was horrendous making it impossible to sit on without feeling sick, after 6 months it had not gone away. Best place in town for furniture. They have great sales prices and warranty repair service. One stop shop. recommend
We had the most amazing service while shopping for our couch. Jane was super sweet and so funny. We already had a couch in mind before walking in there. Jane took the time to know us and our needs. Her taking the time to do that made us realize that the couch we had in mind did not suit what we needed. She was very patient with us and we left with the most comfortable couch for such a good deal. Furniture quality is less than impressive. Purchased a recliner less than 2 yesrs ago. First recliner I ordered custom (full leather) I rejected due to poorly aligned stitching and fabric buckling, etc. Manager agreed. Ordered fabric instead as I didn't trust the quality. Again, fabric stretch is excessive leaving an air pocket of loose fabric when footrest extended. Clearly fabric has no elasticity unsuitable for recliner purpose.
