We had an incredibly disappointing experience purchasing furniture from this La-Z-Boy Kelowna. After waiting nine weeks for delivery, we were told one of the pieces arrived damaged. This was disappointing, however the issue was how the manager dealt with the situation. Her tone was rude, and she talked at us not with us. We expected professionalism and respect, we got neither.
