Wonderful experience with Lazy Boy. Montana was our sales representative. She was informative, helpful and very professional nice job
They were very helpful and friendly without being pushy.
The LaZBoy store in Plymouth, MA had a very good selection with many recliners, and I was able to find one that had features I wanted. The Sales Lady, Montana Clark, was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I decided to make a purchase due to the very good reputation that LaZBoy has. Thus, I expect that the recliner I purchased will last longer and better than many other brands.
We wandered into the La-Z-Boy store in Plymouth to look at recliners and met Dan, the Sales Manager. He left us alone to browse and was available when we had questions. We weren't able to decide on what we wanted on that visit, but went back a few weeks later. Dan was there and this time we were seriously shopping and he was amazing! Very knowledgeable, very nice, very helpful. He answered all our questions and was able to make suggestions based on what we told him about our lifestyle and needs.
