I purchased a $2000 recliner (which they charged my credit card for immediately) and was told it would take 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. I purchased a la z boy sectional leather couch during their memorial day sale this year 2009. i paid over $2,300 for the couch and had wonderful service so far. They told me it would take 4 weeks or so, but it was already on order so it wouldn't take as long as others. So ok, no big deal. Well about 3 weeks later they arrange for delevery and deliver the sectional to my house.
