Sales rep. makes tons of promises and makes alot of misleading statements. READ THE CONTRACT , do not sign it and leave the store..contract is all in favor of La Z Boy, not the customer. Very unprofessional delivery and costs $400.00!! Furniture was delivered damaged and you cannot get your money back. Extremely poor customer service -absolutely do not listen to customer, patronizing and belittling.
