We shopped on Oct 5th at the Brandon location and had an excellent sales associate (Brooke Gentile). We were looking for a leather sofa and loveseat and they had a large selection. Our choice (Dexter) was available in one of their local warehouses and was delivered in less than 2 weeks on the day we requested. The delivery was prompt and professional, we will shop there again. Finally got our powered reclining sofa only to find out that our salesman lied to us and tricked us into buying a differnt couch telling us it will be the same as this other couch we were trying out. So not only were we lied to but when we got it home it was defective and one side didnt work. Now we are unable to return it due to this store not accepting returns.
