Have not gotten our sectional yet since it’s being custom built and takes 8-12 weeks. This review is for the service situation in the store. We had some issues the first time we went in. The sales man was very nice but seemed very unsure of things and in a rush. We felt pressured to book an in home style session weeks out- because we were told what we wanted did not exist and there was a lot of pushing to get rugs and other decor when we said clearly we just wanted the sectional. Answered all of our questions professionally and was very patient with us.
I was very impressed with the layout of La-Z-Boy and all of the recliners to choose from. Our sales woman was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I also got to sit in the chair I was thinking of purchasing for about 45 minutes while my friend was waited on. I purchased it, and I am absolutely thrilled with how it makes my back feel and how easy it is to operate And most definitely the quality of workmanship and material used. And the delivery was beyond compare!
