Experience in the store was great. Everyone was helpful. The follow through on delivery was the issue as we weren’t called to set up delivery when we were told we would be. Had to call multiple times until an associate manually set up delivery for me. We then didn’t receive communication of our delivery window the day before as we were told and had to call right before the store closed to get the window of time. We actually got the text and call about our delivery window AFTER the items were already delivered.

My husband and I bought our first la-z-y boy furniture back in 1987 when we first moved to Cary NC That furniture lasted us until we moved to Wendell in 2018. Since then we have purchased our great room furniture plus leather recliners. And recently purchased 2 new sofas for our living room. You always get what you pay for. Great quality, comfortable and beautiful furniture! Debbie
