We cannot say enough about Courtney and Isabella!!! We have bought furniture over the years from major companies and none of them come close to the customer service, quality, and experience like Lazy boy furniture on Falls of the Neuse Road in Raleigh. Courtney and Isabella listened to what we wanted and even came to our home to do measurements, brought samples and took pictures to design our living room. I can only speak on the customer service at the Lazy Boy on Falls of Neuse Rd since I've just put my order in. The salesperson, Annie, was great - super knowledgeable, patient, and personable. I'm hopeful that I will be pleased with the furniture as well.
Perfect correlation of features & benefits for my needs. Gerrett allowed the product to sell itself by casually demonstrating the product.
Wonderful customer service. Garrett and Isabel helped my family on multiple visits to the store. I have always loved their chairs and was amazed at the selection and quality of other wooden furniture pieces (dining tables, side tables, and more). Will definitely return!
