I wanted to find the perfect lift chair for my grandpa and didn’t really know where to begin my search. It can be very overwhelming finding furniture for an elderly person! Katie eased me through the process and helped me find my grandpa the PERFECT chair. Katie was professional, patient, knowledgeable and kind. Grandpa got his perfect chair and I had an easy experience buying it. Thank you Katie for your help and for making grandpa more comfortable in his own home!

We walked into store, met by Gundy who showed us various option and sale was complete quickly and efficiently and she was able to accommodate our need for a quick delivery. High scores for Gundy. High scores too for the variety of selections from the store.
Anita is awesome!!! She helped us put together a floor plan that will make our living room look beautiful!! She really knows her stuff. You could tell she chose the right profession!! I am not sure if I have been treated quite as rudely by anyone in a business before. I don't want to blame the entire business, but a young girl in the financial dept. was agressive, rude and insisted I was wrong and that her sales reps would never be wrong. We bought a sofa there a few weeks ago and the sales lady said something about a new rule made by Obama administration that kept them from giving out 0% interest. I purchased a $2000 recliner (which they charged my credit card for immediately) and was told it would take 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. After 6 weeks and not hearing from them I called the store to find out when my chair would actually arrive. The salesman on the phone told me that he couldn't tell and that I would need to speak with the salesman who sold me the chair and that he wouldn't be in for a few days.
