Creepy sales guy but a great one also Do NOT buy from Gary at this store. The guy I dealt with was the worst sales guy ever.. I went in earlier in the day and met with a nice young guy named Bryan W, I came back with my niece to have her look at the reclining sofa I was looking at and ran into the creep.. Don't expect any customer servicer Purchased 2 chairs over a year ago. Have had a problem with one and even though I have had a service repair 4 times, the chair is still not working correctly. I have been unable to get the chair repaired, replaced or even have the store acknowledge there is a problem. Have owned La-z-boy chairs for over 30 years and never had this problem before. What happened to customer service? Will never buy another La-z-boy.
beautiful furniture This store offers more than just lazy boy chairs. They also carry sofas, tables, rugs, ottomans and accessories like candles, picture frames, mirrors and some lamps. You can request a catalogue on line also, they have agreat web page. Expensive but if you are looking for classy furniture this is one of the best places.
