While our purchase was at the Redding store they are now all owned by the same person. We purchased 2 new recliners a week before Xmas. When they were delivered on 1-27-23, both were defective. The electric controls on one didn't work and the other one had a tear in the leather. We refused delivery of both. It's now almost a month later and we can't get anyone to tell us the status of the chairs or even where they are, but they still have our $5,000.
