I cannot express strongly enough how terrible this location is. The sales people are trash managers are trash and the customer support is trash. I purchased a one and a half recliner back in March and have been given the runaround since then. Every couple months I'm cold I can expect it soon. The kicker is when I attempted to cancel my order and for weeks now, whenever I call there is no one in the store who can process a refund.
