I wish I would've read the reviews before purchasing from this store. THEY ordered the incorrect piece of furniture and after delivery when called they said they would look into it and respond. A few days later after not hearing back, left messages. Finally got ahold of another person which told me it was too late to return it. Was very rude. Now I'm stuck with an uncomfortable, expensive piece of furniture. Go elsewhere, anywhere but here.
I met with Priscilla, who greeted me as I walked in the door. I told her I was interested in building a sectional and she happily showed me about 10 different options. After more discussion I was able to narrow it down to 2 options. She was patient during the entire process, no hard sale, not pushy and very friendly. It was an overall very pleasant shopping experience. I feel I have purchased quality furniture that will last many years.
A great store with lots of options. Alexis was very helpful. Will definitely be back.
