The store manager Steven, lacks of professionalism, is extremely rude. After I went today to the Colerain store (my mistake), I read reviews from other customers and he manages that location in such way that you don't want to return. Do not do business with him, read reviews about Lazy Boy and you will not want to deal with that company. They stand behind mediocres, bullies and if you need to file a reclamation, Lazy Boy Corporate stands behind management and their customer service is zero.
I’ve had my recliner approximately 4 months and issues have not been resolved. I’ve had 4 repair appointments and 2 were no shows. The other 2 visits nothing done just parts ordered. Supervisor assured me she would contact me within 48 hours but today I simply received a text asking me to schedule a repair appointment. I have shopped with Lazyboy for years but this is definitely my last purchase. Overpriced for sub quality products.
Keiler was so patient and helpful. He made my purchasing experience quite pleasant. I will definitely recommend.
