Excellent experience, with no high pressure sales. Chuck was knowledgeable and very helpful, taking the time to understand what I was looking for. The quality of the furniture is unsurpassed with unlimited choice in style. You can make an investment in your furniture rather than buying every two or three years, actually saving money.
I received great service at Lazy Boy. He also helped me upgrade recliners. The delivery was flawless. They were very professional and kept me in the loop of their arrival. It was earlier than the time projected. Excellent service. I would highly commend and recommend all the people involved.
Great experience the sales associate was very helpful and pleasant giving me time to sit on the chairs and loveseats so I could feel for myself which one was most comfortable for me..
