My shopping experience was very easy. We weren’t accosted the minute we walked in and had a chance to look around for the chair that we were shopping for. Then when we described what we were looking for, our sales person, Carl, took us right to a selection of chairs that fit our description perfectly. We sat in the perfect chair, went to the counter to ring it up, scheduled it for the day that was good for us, and walked out the door very satisfied with the cost and the experience.
I came to La-Z-Boy to look for a new couch. I trusted the name La-Z-Boy as a quality store. I worked with Patrice and she was more than patient with my indecisiveness. Picking out the material was the hardest part. We finally landed on the perfect pattern and now I just wait for it to be delivered! I am so excited! Thank you, Patrice.

We brought from Lazy Boy before quite a few times and every chair was great. The salesman we had this time was Keller Edwards, who very nice, professional and was not pushy. He was very helpful and guided us in the right direction. We got our new remote control chairs and they are wonderful. So comfortable.
My experience purchasing the Kennedy chair went well. The salesman was very accommodating and friendly. He told me about getting a different cushions that would be better for me because I had a stroke. They make it easier for me to stand from the sitting position. I like lazy boy furniture store. I tell people about it all the time.
