tried to return a chair i had purchased day before. It was not comfortable and not the same chair i sat in. Invoice was stamped “final” which per the small print meant it was not returnable. Shame on me i didn’t read it. Saleman just told me to sign and initial, but with no explanation of the no return policy. The young salesperson Kurt was very helpful and explained all of our possibilities . We ended up ordering two recliners that don't rock .
