We live in Md and went to our local La-Z-Boy to see the furniture and the sales person was very helpful. He helped us determine which pieces and fabric suited us. We then called the Mentor store and gave Grace the product information. She also was very helpful and gave us the quote and said we can come in for the purchase when we can. Jake, the the Mentor salesman, completed the contract and explained all about the warrantee, delivery etc. He could not have been better. The whole Mentor store experience was great.

Love our new La-Z-Boy furniture! We got a power loveseat and couch and it’s so comfortable. Our sales person was very helpful and the furniture came about a week ahead of schedule.
