After shopping at many different furniture stores, I decided on Lazy Boy to purchase my leather couch. The salesman told me the couch was made of 100 % Leather, not bonded fabric . Clearly this is a lie as the seats back and arms are leather ,but the areas on the sides of the cushions are bonded fabric. Its peeling and very unsightly. I have contacted Lazy Boy ,after several emails back and forth they offered to replace the damaged areas at a cost to me of approx $1000 ( I would have to pay for the fabric and an hourly rate... read more
