never again! – I paid $1800. for a leather recliner, and all of the color is coming off of the leather. The chair is rarely used and we have no children at home. They said there is nothing they can do about it. "Never Again!"
Don't Live Up to their Contracts – We purchased for $150.00 a leather dressing program for two leather recliners we purchased. When we went this past weekend, March 1, 2008, to get a refill on the product we were told that they no longer honor this program. When we asked what about the money we spent for this program we were told to bad.
