The purchasing of the furniture was fine, but unfortunately the loveseat came with dark marks in the fabric. I made contact with customer service to arrange for someone to come out and look at it to see if anything could be done. They sent an email for me to send in photos. Which I did immediately. Weeks later, I have yet to hear back about any kind of solution. With the cost of their furniture they should be on top of this!!
