Yes I bought a Machenzie sofa back a couple years ago ,,I had a cover put on it extra and paid 3 or 4 hundred dollars more for it,,it was suppose to be wine,,but checking on line I found they put sangaia color material on it,,I paid for the wine and the material has started to wear ugly,,and I am very displeased with it,,I am the only one that hardly ever uses the sofa,,and the place where I sit looks faded,,They put a coudary like material on it,,and it isnt the material I ordered,,I was checking on the warantee to see abou... read more
I ordered a leather sectional from the Lexington KY La-Z-Boy store on September 25th and it was delivered 6 months later on March 30th. I reported that it was damaged the day it was delivered. My salesperson told me to contact the La-Z-Boy comfort care number and they would arrange to have it fixed. It is now 40 days later and no one has scheduled a time to fix it.
