Terrible customer service. My elderly mother spent over $6000 here to furnish her nursing home apartment. Scheduled delivery for said furniture twice, both times no show. First time I called and was told the sales person who called me to schedule the delivery screwed up and forgot to "check a box", but she'd get it the following week. Very knowledgeable concerning our needs
Salse person was quick and courteous, got to the bottom line with out any fuss and cI got what I wanted.
Everyone was super helpful and it was very enjoyable experience.
Damon was very knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted. We tried many recliners and found one that was perfect for me and my wife approved the color. It goes great in our house!
