Our salesman, Marc Schlatter Was very kind and very knowledgeable on stock and materials. He was very pleasant to work with not at all pushy, also very knowledgeable on the chairs that we were interested in, And explaining in detail how the controls worked. We are very happy that he is the salesman that approached us when we came into the store. We will definitely ask for Marc for any future purchases.
Everyone at the store was so helpful from Damon our sales associate to the scheduler for delivery who got our recliner to us in time for use following a surgical procedure.
Marc helped me and was very patient with me while I continued to change my mind. In the end I’m very happy with my selections and excited to get them and see them in my home.
Great salesperson. Marc greeted us as soon as we walked in the door , so helpful in trying to resolve an issue with a previous battery purchase on a chair and helping with a new purchase
