Shalene made buying 2 recliners fun! She was very knowledgeable on La-Z-Boy recliners and all the bells and whistles. Just as important she showed us many wonderful fabric samples. We ended up with recliners that not only fit seamlessly into our living room, but were a beautiful addition to our new home in Bend!!
What a great experience at Lazboy Bend! Austin was the sales rep that helped us and he was awesome! We’re looking for a nursery chair for our new baby and he was so helpful, he even carried an ottoman across the store so I could see what it would feel like rocking. Above and beyond, thank you Austin!!
Shaleena at the Bend, OR store was the best! She was professional, patient, friendly and, even though I was unable to order my furniture because I needed it delivered to California she went out of her way to make sure I had every bit of info I would need to order when I got back home.
