We spoke to Tessa. She was really sweet and helpful. We were a bit surprised at the wait time for our order, but we do understand. With Covid and workforce shortages, it isn’t unreasonable. We know the quality and that your products are made in the USA, which will make it worth the wait.
Jill was an exceptional salesperson with a lot of knowledge and experience. She really listened to our wants and needs and met them.
Samuel was delightful to do business with. I have not had a sales person like Samuel that was so kind, polite and very patient. Samuel is very knowledgeable, he went the extra mile!!! I will defiantly refer my family and friends to him. I was very satisfied with the over all experience!!!!!!!!
Redding LA-Z Boy was a great experience. They greeted us immediately when we walked in even though it was very busy. They were very accommodating and friendly. There was no pressure like you commonly feel when shopping for furniture. They listened to what we needed and were looking for and didn’t try to “upsell” us what we didn’t need. Great showroom and sales people. Wish delivery was going to be sooner. Ordered couch the beginning of April and wont be delivered until end of August.
