I received my sofa & love seat way ahead of expected date & it is the very best quality!!! Gorgeous high quality leather & very comfortable & supportive!!! I have never heard of a poor quality lazy boy. I have bought from them before & still no problems. Their customer service was outstanding. From the sales person to the clerk to the delivery men. All 100% above the norm!!!
The best quality furniture & outstanding customer service. The store general manager, the sales person, the front desk clerk & the delivery man John went above & beyond. I could not be happier with my new furniture & the customer service I received. Thank you!!!!

Called them up a day later, passed the situation onto others without any relief in sight. Store owner very rude and demeaning. Talked to salesman the following wednesday and techincians came out and repo... read more
