BUYER BEWARE - we did not even want to rate them one star, but this review made us.. A major purchase for us, found something at Garrisons-Medford but went with LA-Z-BOY instead b/c of 'the name'. On top of the cost of the much more expensive couch & LS, we paid an additional $400 to get a specific fabric. A little more than a yr later, trying to find time to deal with it, the fabric was fraying and cushion was looking pretty tacky. I received my sofa & love seat way ahead of expected date & it is the very best quality!!! Gorgeous high quality leather & very comfortable & supportive!!! I have never heard of a poor quality lazy boy. I have bought from them before & still no problems. Their customer service was outstanding. From the sales person to the clerk to the delivery men. All 100% above the norm!!!

We purchased a recliner couch and recliner in end of May 2013. Recieved it August 2, 2013 was very excited until the next day. There should be a warning against for people buying this furniture. Expected excellence got cheap results. Sagging, bulging frame work, ultra soft cushions, all together poor workmanship and comfort.
