I accidentally phoned this store, thinking it was the "Manchester" store in my state. However, I had the pleasure to speak with the manager, John, and then I wished I lived in Manchester, New Hampshire! John, the manager, was very gracious and wanted to help me. Even after we realized that I had called the wrong store, John took the time to explain my options and sincerely wanted to help me resolve my issue.
