Excellent quality sofas!
My 87 year old mother needed a lift chair to help her get up and keep her feet elevated. The remote quit working after about six months. It was under warranty, so I called them to replace the remote. They sent a guy to her house a week later, and he said it needed a remote, but he didn’t have one, La-z-Boy would have to order it, and he would have to come back out. Now La-z-boy says it could be another 3 weeks to get the remote. This is totally unacceptable. I would not buy from La-Z-Boy again, especially this location.
