Much prefer this location than the galleria locations. Not as pushy and let you actually sit your butt in different chairs without being pressured for the sale
My mother visited this store to buy a reclining chair. There was an issue with the first chair, so they brought another one, which also had to be replaced. Mom found many of the chairs difficult to open and close, as the levers were too difficult to pull. The associate told her that you are meant to sit forward before trying to open them. My mother was not satisfied with this and asked for a refund. The store refused to refund the purchase price, but would only give her an in store credit.
