La Vie Zen is a quaint hidden gem of a spa. It is tucked away on the third floor of the light colored brick building between Local Kitchen and the train tracks. The employees are very friendly and personable.
First time customer at this place - I usually get a massage maybe 3 times a year and I have yet to find a "Go To" spa or place. I may have just found it. At first it was a bit hard to locate it, since it’s hiding behind Local inside the Sportsplex, I am so glad I did not give up my search. I've had two great relaxation massages at La Vie Zen. Both therapists made me feel very comfortable and responded well to what I wanted. The lighting and music really set a great mood and both times I got so relaxed that I fell asleep. The after-massage room where you get to relax on a reclining chair with a cup of tea is a very nice touch. I will definitely go back again.
