I had an extremely disappointing experience at La Vie en Rose, and unfortunately this location is by far the worst one I’ve visited. The assistant manager, Jasmine, was incredibly unprofessional and dismissive. From the moment I asked for help, her attitude was cold and condescending. Instead of being welcoming or solution-oriented, she seemed annoyed that I was even asking questions. The staff member who helped us was kind and professional. This review is not about her at all. I was surprised and upset to be charged $1.85 for a bag for a very small, personal INTIMATE purchase. Since Calgary’s single-use bylaw isn’t currently in effect, this appears to be a voluntary corporate policy. What’s frustrating is the lack of dignity or practicality this creates for customers. Yesterday I made a purchase at La Vie en Rose at Market mall and surprise they charged me 2 dollars for the bag. I assume this may cost to make 25 cents but have a surcharge to make purchases at their store. I am sure I wouldn’t be charged $3 for a box of if I were to make the purchase online! 😔

I've always enjoyed buying my pajamas and underwear at La Vie en Rose in the Market Mall. That's why I decided to take my mother, who is a senior, to my favorite underwear shop there. Once we'd made our choice, we were directed by a sales assistant into the fitting rooms. My mother finished her fitting first and went out to hand one of the items that didn't fit to the sales assistant, who started accusing her of theft.
