I have shopped here multiple times over the past couple of years, both in-store and online. Most recently, I made some clearance purchases online and completed returns in-store without any issues. I also asked for assistance when purchasing swim bottoms and received helpful, friendly service. I ran into this location after one of my bras fell apart moments before flying out of country and the ladies here understood the assignment bra shopping has always been a long and difficult task but I was in and out to catch my flight in no time. And in probably the most comfortable bra I've ever owned to boot. Thank you

I had an extremely disappointing experience at La Vie en Rose, and unfortunately this location is by far the worst one I’ve visited. The assistant manager, Jasmine, was incredibly unprofessional and dismissive. From the moment I asked for help, her attitude was cold and condescending. Instead of being welcoming or solution-oriented, she seemed annoyed that I was even asking questions.
