INFESTED WITH BED BUGS!!! Keep your family and anyone you love away from this place. The staff know exactly what is going on and act like they have no clue and are completely oblivious that everyone and every bed and every sheet are completely infested with bed bugs. The food is terrible and these individuals that live here and call it home deserve so beyond much better!
Our family thoroughly researched assisted living residences for our elderly aunt, and we feel very fortunate to have found La Verne Manor. Our aunt loves her large private room, something that was beyond her limited budget at other places. Mike Tanada, the administrator, has been amazingly helpful since the very beginning. He prepared the room in a timely manner, gave us room dimensions in advance so that we could make furniture decisions, and communicated the residence policies to us in a professional manner.
