We visited Vail Skin Philosophy this past June and had an exceptional experience. The staff was kind, welcoming, and truly professional. We purchased the eye treatment product as well as the red light machine, and after just a few weeks we are already seeing noticeable results – our skin looks fresher, firmer, and healthier. DO NOT ENTER Manipulative and Predatory Sales Tactics Aggressive, manipulative sales. They lure women in with fake compliments, then tear down their looks to pressure them into buying $600 creams and $1,000 facials. Not skincare experts, just predatory salespeople. Shady, insulting, and disgusting. Left feeling sick to my stomach and in tears.
Manipulative and Predatory Sales Tactics The sales approach here was predatory. Saleswomen lure women into the shop with insincere compliments, only to immediately start pointing out supposed “flaws” in their appearance. The goal is to break down confidence and then push outrageously overpriced products, like a $600 eye cream or a $1,000 facial, as the “solution.” This experience was shady, manipulative, and exploitative. It felt more like a scam than a legitimate business. Absolutely disgusting and should be shut down!
ZERO STAR. Terrible experience. Be cautious and avoid this store. I felt very pressured into purchasing expensive items without being clearly informed that they were non-refundable before I signed the receipt. Many other customers have the same complaints online. Check reviews on different websites before considering a visit to this store. Customer service refuses refunds. I do NOT recommend buying here.
The people that run this shop are cockroaches. Stay clear away! Total scam. They are just trying to steal your money. If someone tries to lure you Into a store by shouting out to you as your passing by with compliments and or questions, keep walking.
