Great store. I had excellent service today. Jeremy had great insight on both climbing and running shoes. One time I came in with a wasp hanging out on the back of my shirt. Jeremy politely informed me of the unwanted passenger, walked me outside and got rid of it for me. Talk about full service!
I’ve been a climber for 30 years and I walked into the store to get some approach shoes and learned all kinds of things from Jake that I never knew about the shoes I’ve been wearing for decades. He was kind, patient, friendly, and he helped me find the shoes I was looking for. Really great experience.
