I’ve been a climber for 30 years and I walked into the store to get some approach shoes and learned all kinds of things from Jake that I never knew about the shoes I’ve been wearing for decades. He was kind, patient, friendly, and he helped me find the shoes I was looking for. Really great experience.

The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Both Elizabeth and Aiden were able to answer all my questions and provide options to customize the fit on both hiking boots and trail runners. They also have hard to find sizes. I was able to try different boots on without having to special order them.
