Maxime is insightful, creative and professional in his process. It was my first time trying hypnotherapy, and I felt safe and soothed throughout. I came to Max to re-frame some challenges in my life, and he was able to give me imaginative, gentle concepts to help me move forwards. Recently had Max facilitate a hypnotherapy session for me. I had been struggling with a few different issues and was able to have Max bring me into a state of mental and physical coherence to regain clarity and control back in my life. I have attended to a hypno-therapy session with Max at La Source Hypno-Therapy to help me stop smoking in September 2022. Been a smoker for 20 years before the session. Roughly a pack a day.
