Propreté des lieux, site enchanteur, installations bien entretenues, personnel accueillant, très peu achalandé, nous étions parfois seules dans les bsins ou saunas (il faut dire que nous sommes mardi). Le silence était respecté. Nous avons eu droit d’échanger nos serviettes humides contre des serviettes sèches en tout temps, bornes pour remplir nos bouteilles d’eau sur place. Extrêmement beau et bien situé dans la montagne. Beaucoup de spa et aussi des bains froids. Sona plutôt spacieux, une aire de lecture, une aire de détente humide. C’était tranquille. Vous allez sortir de la détendu à coup sûr !
We visited on a Monday and were quite disappointed. The space itself is overhyped and much smaller than expected, which makes it feel cramped and overcrowded, especially when it’s busy. It definitely didn’t feel relaxing. Management was poor, and the staff came across as rude and unhelpful, which further took away from the experience.
