Frontier Senior Living management is only about money. I am a resident and we have had 5 different management companies in 3.5 yrs. Frontier is the most recent. I recommend that every single solitary thing they tell you when on a tour or signing on the dotted line you get in writing!

I don't even know where to start. I work for the dental office down the hill from this establishment, and have had a great experience working with front desk/mgrs, until today. This afternoon I saw an elderly woman making her way down the strip, and had actually passed by our office 2 or 3 times. I had just got off the phone and our hygienist came to the front and saw this lady sitting on the ground just sitting, she let me know and we both ran out. I want to give a shoutout to Lisette Herrera, the Business Office Manager. She has been very helpful to my mom who lives in an assisted living apartment, which she loves. Lisette is patient, professional and kind with my mom. She is also quick to respond to my requests. I don’t worry about my mom because I know Lisette will watch out for her.

My Mom and Dad have been residents for about 5 months and they are very happy. They constantly rave about the staff on the floors but especially Ryan and McKenzie. Personally Joanna has been an overall superstar. She has helped me with so many details and supported and provided options. Recently my mom was admitted to the hospital and the staff including Kelly has helped get my dad to the hospital. Joanna even went to visit my mom in the hospital. The new management team are making some important improvements as well.
