Went in today after a very bad experience at Victoria’s Secret in Wem. Rowen was super accommodating and kind. I had just gotten a breast reduction and she shared her experience with that with me. She ensured I felt comfortable and checked on me frequently. Keep up the good work!

I’m disgusted. I was in your store earlier today and overheard whom I’m assuming was in charge berating a young girl for being sick. I guarantee she would never talk to a grown woman like that. Shame, you charge premium prices and pay minimum wage to young girls and then treat them like this. I’ll shop elsewhere, and I’ll make sure my children and their friends never work or shop there. Signed a mother of three young ladies.
Today in the store customer service was horrible towards my boyfriend as he was getting a gift for me. Customer service is suppose to served with a smile and no attitude and customers are always right.
