Nicole was great and helped me pick the perfect gift
The Latina women was very nasty and rude. She made it clear she didn’t want us to buy her products because we’re not her ideal clientele. Very disrespectful and judgmental on her part.
Salema Selma whatever all employees working there all rude. They kept trying to beat around the bush about a refund and I DO NOT recommend. If you need to return ANY items opened or not if it causes harm to your skin it is a liability in which they MUST refund ALL your money no matter which product. Just return within the 14 days.
I bought the fairy dust whipped body butter and I absolutely love it. I put it on my feet and they have never been this soft. I also bought the Charmer body butter for my husband which is blue, but unfortunately, that did not work. It has some kind of coloring and it makes his hands and face blue. Not happy with that effect and I don’t think they would refund for the blue one. They all smell great, but don’t buy any with coloring.
This place has employees with disgusting attitudes the lady standing outside mocked me because I refused to talk to her it was the middle aged one who was outside the store on November 12th 2025 at 3:38pm. If that's how they expect people to buy their overpriced ridiculous soap they must have lost their minds. She should be embarrassed especially at her old age.
