Disappointed. When i came to the store during open hours it was closed and locked. But I could hear people talking inside.
Went to buy a High John Root. In short, the lady at this shop sold me a Jezebel Root after telling me it was High John Root. It was not. I've attached a photo of the root the lady working wrongfully identified and sold to me as High John Root. How I found out? After I had left, I was excited about my purchase and showed a Spiritual Rootworker, who told me it was actually a Jezebel Root and not a High John Root. She explained to me the differences, Jezebel looks more like bark from a tree and High John looks more like a raisi... read more

Super disappointed as I’ve gone up here TWICE within Business hours, and they were closed, I’ve also called the stores number multiple times and no one answers.
The shop owner was amazing! She went above our expectations and the customer service was just as great!
